HOW TO USE: Apply the lip scrub onto dry lips, massage using small circulate motions for 1-2 minutes then rinse off with warm water or wipe with a warm washcloth. Massage a small amount of lip balm onto your lips - use daily / nightly to keep lips plump and smooth.
