OUR JAR RETURN SERVICE

Recycling to reduce packaging waste is really important to us. We ask our customers to keep their empty and used CL&RE Wellness jars, and follow the process below to return your jars and get your discount code (£2 per jar)

STEP ONE

When you have finished the product in your jar replace the lid.  There is no need to wash or sterilise the jars, or remove labels. 

STEP 2

Fill out the below form to notify us of how many jars you are returning to us and your contact details, so we can ensure your discount code is granted upon their arrival back to us.

STEP 3A

If you live within postcode areas CV8, CV31, CV32, CV33, CV34, CV35, CV36, CV37, CV47 and GL56, please send a Whatsapp or text message to CL&RE Wellness on 07710 320309 stating how many jars you have and when they are available for collection and the collection address.  We will confirm a collection day and time window.  This collection service is free and will be carried out by pedal-powered transport where practical.

The current cost of second class small parcel postage is £3.49.


STEP 4

When we have received your jars, we will issue you with a discount code of £2 per jar returned that you can then use against your next CL&RE Wellness purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We will provide a discount code that provides the customer with a £2 discount code per 250ml or 150ml CL&RE Wellness glass jar with an aluminium lid received by us, up to a maximum discount of £10 per batch of jars returned.

2. We can only provide a discount on original CL&RE Wellness jars; please do not send us any other jars.

3. In order to be eligible to receive your discount code for a returned jar, the CL&RE Wellness jar must be received by us intact, with no cracks or breaks, together with the aluminium lid.

4. In order to be eligible to receive your discount code for a returned jar, you must complete the form indicated on the website, and provide us with an email address or phone number to which the discount code can be sent.

5. The returned jars are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit of damaged.

6. We will process your discount code as soon as we receive your returned jars and will email your discount code within 5 working days of receiving the returned jars and the completed form.

7. We do not provide discount codes for returned tins or bags.

8. The discount codes are redeemable against any purchase made on the CL&RE Wellness website. We cannot accept discount voucher codes at market stalls.

9. The discount codes have no expiry date.
